8 Weeks

First bath for pups is such a fun and welcome day! Berner coats are gorgeous and complex barriers against the elements and must be treated with care and never shaved even though the temptation is there during the "dog days" of summer! Their coats are so luxurious and mature-looking, so when wet they look like our little pups again! We are very careful to fully dry their coat because pups still cannot self-regulate their body temps. With a little spritz of smell-nice spray and their first flea & tick application, our pups are ready to start their adventures!
